Dr. Tiffany Thuy Truong
Dr. Truong has been in practice since 1990 after receiving her doctorate from U.C. Berkeley, School of Optometry with Honors. She received her Certificate for the Treatment & Management of Ocular Diseases in 1999 and Certificate of Completion of the Treatment & Management of Glaucoma in 2006. Dr Truong provides Different Services from Comprehensive eye exams to Lasik Post operative care, she is also a contact lens specialist, she works with hard to fit contacts, Orthokeratology myopia control, scleral lens design and more. She is also a member of the American Optometric Association. |

Our equipment
When you come in to the office for a comprehensive eye exam, our initial diagnostic specialist will perform 3 tests prior to your examination. They are:
- Auto-refractor: Get a general prescription of your vision give the doctor a starting point for your exam. Keratometry: Measure the shape of your cornea using the same instrument.
- Non-contact tonometer: Measures the intraocular pressure This instrument is one of 3 diagnostic tools used annually to determine if a patient is at risk for glaucoma.
- Visual Field: Measures your peripheral vision and is one of the most sophisticated Visual Field instruments available in the field of optometry. It is equipped with Frequency Doubling Technology that can better detect nerve damage compared to the older versions.
